A diverse group engaged in a communal wellness conversation in a sunlit, plant-filled space

Texas Center for Lifestyle Medicine

From Survivingto Thriving

It's time to shift the narrative — from 'stuck' to moving forward, from 'sick person' to whole. Our Collaborative Care Group Visits cover all aspects of whole-person health.

Covered by Insurance

Our group visits are billed as medical visits. A copay may apply if we are in-network, or you may opt for our self-pay rate of $80/session.
